USA Shipping Rates* 

We offer simple shipping rates based on the amount you spend:

Spend $25 or less Shipping rate: $7.99
Spend $25.01 to $50.00 Shipping rate: $9.99
Spend $50.01 to $125 Shipping rate: $11.99
Spend over $125 FREE SHIPPING!

*These rates are for the 50 US states only.

Shipping Policy

We ship within 24 hours of orders placed before 2p EST. We ship most packages through the USPS and UPS Ground. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we do provide tracking information via email. Although we will do all we can to help with shipping and delivery problems, we cannot take full responsibility for packages once they are in the hands of the mail carrier unless a clear error was made on our part. Any issues with your shipment need to be brought to our attention within 10 days of the expected delivery date. In the very rare case that a package is completely lost, we will file a claim with the postal carrier and in the
majority of cases we will reship the products at our discretion. 

Undeliverable Shipment Policy
If a package is returned to us because of a problem with the address, we will give you the option of purchasing another label so we can reship the package to the correct address. Otherwise, we can refund the refund the full price of the products purchased minus our cost for shipping.

Return Policy

We accept returns on any unopened, unused product as long as you pay the shipping to get it back to us. Any product that is defective will either be refunded or replaced with a new one. Proof of damage must be provided by emailing us at yourcraftingsource@gmail.com.

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
